Let us be as clear as we can possibly be - aluminum alloy is the premier boatbuilding material on the market today.
Better than fiberglass. Simply and indisputably better. This is a fact.
Now, we run into problems with recreational boaters when we state this fact. It doesn't jibe with their marina, their boatyard, their experience.
"If aluminum is a premium product then why are all the boat I see at my boat show/marine/boatyard fiberglass?" They ask.
